Q1. How soon can I book a cleaning service with you?  

This will depend on our availability, just contact us and we will do our best to cater to your domestic or commercial cleaning requirements.

Q2. Can I book a 2 hours cleaning service? 

Sorry, this is not possible, especially for a first clean with us.  We would advise that you book a 4-5 hour cleaning service for a first-time regular clean. Alternatively, you can book a Deep clean with us.

Q3. Why do I need to book more than 2 hours cleaning services? 

This is to ensure we have enough time to bring your cleaning requirements to a professional standard before switching to our 3-hour minimum services. Our experience in the past has proven time and time again that the 2-hour request for a first-time regular cleaning has not been favourable for both sides, making the client having to extend the originally cleaning services booked.

Q4. I may not be available for in person viewing of my premises for quotation, how can you help me?  

Not a problem, we can arrange for a virtual viewing via WhatsApp to save you the time and hassle.

Q5. Do I need to be present for my cleaning to be done or can the cleaning be done in my absence?  

Absolutely! We can make arrangements for a safe and secure entry to your premises before cleaning commences, so you can rest assured that your premises will be left in a sparkling, clean and secure condition.

Q6. Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment? 

A. This may depend on which services, you are interested in. For regular cleaning services, we advice that you provide a vacuum cleaner, for the cross contamination of bacteria reasons. However for empty premises, our cleaning technician will arrive with all the cleaning products and equipment's.

Q7. Can I customise the cleaning checklist? 

Yes, you are welcome to let us know what your environmental needs are and we will do our best to assist you
