Health & Safety:
For the health and safety of our cleaning technicians, all task is to be agreed in advance as part of our bespoke and tailor maid services before undertaken. Asking our technicians to perform any task, which has not been prior booked nor agreed to will not be honoured.
Communication:
It is paramount that our team are addressed in a polite and professional form of communication and not made to feel disrespected in any form. The client is to inform Regulus Elite with any potential miscommunication or misunderstanding during work. Disrespect in any form towards client or our team members will not be tolerated. Regulus Elite reserve the right to investigate and resolve the matter professionally and appropriately.
Insurance:
Regulus Elite holds a Public Liability Insurance. Regulus Elite may or can cover insurance and/or by cleaning technician(s) only if the damage/breakages are reported within 24hours of the clean provided. Regulus Elite reserves the right to carry out our internal investigation into any claims made by the client. Regulus Elite does reserve all right to refuse the disclosure of confidential company documents.
Payment:
To make payments hassle-free for you, we accept most major debit cards. Payments can be made either by standing order, or through online payment via BACS. Payment details will be provided with issued invoice.
Please note, we do not accept cash or cheques.
Refunds Policy:
No refunds will be issued after work has been carried by cleaning technicians. Regulus Elite reserves the right to issues or not issue an award a discount in an even of dissatisfaction due to cleaning technician’s error.
Cancellation Policy:
A 72-hour notice of cancellation will not chargeable however; payment can either be refunded in full or can be redeemed for the next cleaning service visit. Cancellation fee of £15.50 will apply for notice given, 48 hours or less prior to arranged cleaning services. Cancellation of less than a 24-hour notice, is chargeable at £25.50
