At Regulus Elite, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cleaning and concierge services with attention to detail, discretion, and care. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, here is a brief overview of how we operate:

✔ Bookings & Services
All services are tailored and agreed in advance. Any additional requests may be subject to availability and additional charges.

✔ Professional Conduct
We are committed to respectful and professional service. We kindly ask that all communication with our team reflects the same standard.

✔ Property Access
Please ensure we have safe and timely access to your property to avoid any delays or disruptions to your service.

✔ Payments
We accept secure payments via bank transfer, debit card, or standing order. Full details will be provided on your invoice.

✔ Cancellations

72+ hours notice: No charge
24–48 hours notice: £25 fee
Less than 24 hours: £40 fee

✔ Satisfaction
While refunds are not issued once services are completed, we are always happy to address any concerns and ensure your experience meets our high standards.

✔ Concierge Services
For concierge requests, we may arrange services through trusted third-party providers. While we carefully select partners, we are not responsible for third-party service delivery.

Regulus Elite – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services
Regulus Elite provides bespoke cleaning and concierge services tailored to each client’s requirements. All services must be agreed in advance prior to commencement. Any additional requests outside of the agreed scope may be declined or may incur additional charges.

2. Health & Safety
The safety and wellbeing of our team is a priority. Regulus Elite reserves the right to refuse or stop any task that may pose a risk to health and safety or has not been previously agreed.

3. Communication & Conduct
We are committed to delivering a professional and respectful service. Clients are expected to communicate courteously with all team members. Any concerns or misunderstandings should be raised promptly to allow for resolution.
Regulus Elite reserves the right to withdraw services where inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour occurs.

4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely, and adequate access to the property. This includes correct key arrangements, access codes, or on-site availability where required.
Regulus Elite cannot be held responsible for delays or incomplete services due to access issues.

5. Insurance & Liability
Regulus Elite holds Public Liability Insurance. Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service delivery. All claims are subject to internal review.

For concierge services, Regulus Elite may act on behalf of the client to arrange third-party services (including but not limited to bookings, deliveries, or contractors). While care is taken in selecting providers, Regulus Elite is not liable for the performance, actions, or failures of third-party services.

Regulus Elite reserves the right to decline claims where appropriate and to withhold confidential business information.

6. Payments
Payments must be made via bank transfer (BACS), debit card, or standing order. Full payment details will be provided on the invoice.
We do not accept cash or cheque payments.

7. Refunds & Service Satisfaction
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not issued once work has been completed.
However, in the event of a verified service issue, Regulus Elite may offer a partial adjustment or goodwill gesture at its discretion.

8. Cancellations
We understand that plans may change; however, due to scheduling and resource allocation, the following cancellation terms apply:

72 hours or more notice: No charge (option to reschedule or receive a full refund)
24–48 hours notice: £25 cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours notice: £40 cancellation fee


Regulus Elite reserves the right to apply cancellation fees accordingly.
