Our Service Exclusions

At Regulus Elite, we are committed to delivering exceptional results with care, precision, and integrity. To ensure transparency and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality, please review the following service exclusions.

Mould Treatment

Our team will professionally treat and remove minor surface mould, particularly in bathroom areas.

However, mould that has penetrated silicone, grout, sealants, plaster, or structural materials may require specialist remediation or replacement. In such cases, we recommend engaging a qualified mould restoration professional.

Working at Heights

For the safety of our team and clients, we do not undertake cleaning tasks that require working beyond a two-step ladder.

This includes external windows in multi-storey buildings, second-floor exteriors, or any area requiring specialised height access equipment.

Ceilings

We do not provide full ceiling cleaning services.

However, cobwebs and light surface dust will be carefully removed using professional long-handled tools where safely accessible.

Damp & Moisture Marks

Damp spots and moisture staining may appear on walls, ceilings, or plastered surfaces. While we will thoroughly clean affected areas and treat visible mould or marks, we cannot guarantee permanent removal.

Such staining may reoccur due to underlying moisture issues within the property.

Discolouration & Wear

Normal wear and tear over time may cause permanent discolouration to grout, sealants, toilet seats, plastics, and other fixtures (often presenting as yellowing or staining). While our team will clean these areas to the highest possible standard, some discolouration cannot be restored without specialist treatment or replacement.

Animal or Human Waste

For health and safety reasons, we do not clean external walls, animal waste, or human waste.

Hazardous & Biohazard Materials

Regulus Elite does not handle biohazard waste or hazardous materials, including bodily fluids, chemicals, or contaminated environments. Specialist services should be engaged for such requirements.
